Congress pays floral tributes martyrs of 1931 | KNO

Srinagar July 13 (KNO) : The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today visited Mazaar-I-Shoda at Khawaja Bazar, Srinagar and paid floral tributes to Martyrs of 1931. A delegation of Senior Party Leaders and workers led by JKPCC President G.A. Mir visited Martyr’s graveyard and paid floral tributes to Martyrs.

They also offered Fateh Khawani and prayed for eternal peace to Martyrs On this occasion G.A. Mir recalled the selfless services and sacrifices of the Martyrs of 1931, saying that they (Martyrs) laid down their live to pave way for a struggle against injustice and tyrannical rule.

The sacrifices of Martyrs inspired oppressed people of Kashmir to rise against the autocratic rule, their sacrifices will continue to inspire the generations ahead leading them at the path of peace, unity and harmony, he added and said the Martyrs offered the sacrifices of their lives for the prestige and honour of the people.

G.A.Mir was accompanied by Spokesperson Farooq Andrabi MLA General Secretaries Usman Majeed, Surinder Singh Channi, Gulam Nabi Mir Lasjan, Mohd Sultan, Abdul Gani Khan, Zahid Hussain Jan, G. M. Mir, Imtiyaz Parray Gulam Mohd Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmad Khanday, Kadfeen Chowdhary, Imtiyaz Khan, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Amir Rasool, Mir Rovais, Umar Jan, Mushtaq Bazaz, Surjeet Singh Bakshi, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, Ruhulla Gazi, Mushaq Ahmad Malik, Ab. Ahad Bhat, Abdul Ahad Tara and others.
